Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a 14-day free trial at Professional level, no credit card required, so you can evaluate the platform with your own data before committing.
How does pricing work?
We price on a subscription basis with monthly and annual billing. Pricing depends on plan and team size. Get in touch and we'll prepare a proposal for your requirements, with no obligation.
What data can I bring?
Shapefile, File Geodatabase, GeoPackage, GeoJSON, KML and KMZ, GPX, CSV, GeoParquet, FlatGeobuf, GeoTIFF and 3D models, plus live connections to ArcGIS services, OGC WMS and WFS, STAC catalogues, 3D Tiles, I3S, point clouds, GTFS-Realtime and PostGIS.
What does Janus cost?
Nothing. Janus, our ArcGIS Pro add-in, is free to download and use with any Strabo plan, including the free trial.
Do I need Fulcrum or Pythia separately?
No. Every Strabo plan runs on Fulcrum. Pythia is an add-on for layers too dense to draw in the browser, and a dedicated Fulcrum deployment is available if you need to serve tiles from your own environment.
Where is my data stored?
In the cloud region you choose. Your data stays there, and Enterprise customers can specify exact residency requirements.
Can I take my data with me?
Always. Export your data in open formats at any time. If you cancel, your data remains available to export for 30 days.
Do you support government procurement?
Yes. We support purchase-order invoicing and multi-year agreements, and can work within government procurement frameworks. Contact us for a formal proposal.
